I have been asked (by someone with much more knowledge of midi than I) to
pose the question:

Does Squeak (either with or without Siren) currently support the use of
midi time codes for the synchronization of multiple midi devices?  For
example, can Squeak accept a time code signal from a digital tape unit and
use that signal for synchronization ?
