Hi,
  What you want probably is a good book on astronomical ephemerises. 
The Univ of CO at Boulder probably has a nice book or two in their
bookstore though I don't have any names.  Try the upper level
Astronomy or Physics courses.   A seach on Amazon gives a number of
choices, but, a lot of those seem to be related to astrology :-(
 
  If you want a program you can use xephem from
http://iraf.noao.edu/~ecdowney/xephem.html, or, its older cousin
ephem.  If nothing else, xephem will give you loads of source :-)

  JPL seems to have a group interested in these sorts of things at
http://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/.
