Squeak for Debian Linux updates

There are new packages available at ftp://ftp.ira.uka.de/pub/squeak
(Debian 2.0beta i386)

Changes:
   -> Splitted the package into 3 parts: 
          squeak-image_2.0-1_all.deb
          squeak-sources_2-1_all.deb
          squeak-vm_2.0-1_i386.deb
      image and source are architecture-independent. 

  -> real source-packages
     The directory pub/squeak/source contains the Debian Source
     Packages of Squeak. (.orig.tar.gz, .diff.gz, .dsc)
     To rebuild the VM-package for a different architecture (or Debian 1.3), 
     simply do:
         dpkg-source -x squeak-vm_2.0-1.dsc  
         cd squeak-vm-2.0/
         dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot
     
     You need the "debhelper" and "fakeroot" packages, only tested on 
     Debian2.0beta/i386)

 -> PWS Files now in /var/lib/squeak
 -> VM uses Linux-Sound-driver
 -> added Swiki-setup instruktions
 -> added a manpage
 -> headless VM not linked against X11-libs
 -> ....
