I have in a very low priority background process the project of writing
a FloatBlt class, that will do for float arrays what BitBlt does for
forms.  Maybe we could get some kind of organized effort to do it.  I
guess the first steps would be to define an interface, then implement it
in Squeak, then decide what methods should be primitives, and finally,
to write the primitives.
