Hello (this is the last time for today - I promise)

On a slow machine it is very cumbersome to scroll in a large text (e.g. in
the FileList).

I would like to scroll up/down one page at a time with the keyboard.

I looked at the code but I could not figure out how to put that feature in.

But maybe there is already something that does this right now and I am not
aware of.
