I have updated the SqAPI interface for Squeak under Windows.
And added TIFF and JPEG (load/save) image support as a demostration on how to use DLLs, Callbacks, ExternalStructures and ExternalMemory.

He actualizado la interfaz a APIs para Squeak bajo Windows.
Ademas he agregado soporte para imagenes TIFF y JPEG, a modo de demostracion de como usar DLLs, Callbacks, estructuras externas y memoria externa.
