source, changes, image, VM.

Well, I've ported some AOKI goodies for VisualWorks to
Squeak (sorry, only 1.31 supported now).
(including Bit Field, Encyclopedia, Histogram, HTML Report Writer,
Lisp, Source Code Saver etc)
Now I'd like to update them for 2.0.
