squeak.ini and jitter

Assuming you're talking about the Windows VM:

The Squeak.ini file on Windows isn't new (it's been there back from 1.3x).
It's only used for storing the preferences so that they can be kept
between different sessions.

You can use the V2.1 Jitter on the 2.2 images. In case you haven't
noticed, the VM executable is named 'SqueakBeta' and that's what it is.
The final version has still to come.
