I have just put out a couple more updates that fix this problem and one other.

As a courtesy, I have also replaced the 2.4 beta files with fully updated versions.

NOTE:  While the 2.4beta VMs will run old images(*), there is a brief window at the end of the 2.3 updates that will cause a problem.  So use a 2.3 VM when updating 2.3 images.  You can use a 2.4 VM from then on.

(*) The 2.4 VM runs images back to 1.19.  I have discovered a problem running 1.13 images with 2.3 and 2.4 VMs, but I have also solved it.  I will put out a compatibility file when I get back.
