Hi,
  If the info on http://www.spock.mem.net/amiga/a4000/a4000.html is correct, I think the
answer is that Squeak will be some fun on a A4000/030.  I run it day in and day out on a 
33mhz LC040 with a slow memory subsystem and a slow display and it is fine.  Not great, 
but fine.
