>I've finally got around to plugging in my microphone to try out the SpectrumAnalyserMorph. Unfortunately I don't have the e-mails here at home describing how to fire it up. I've looked on the new morph menu but I can't find it there (auto pilot update on 2.6) and the obvious new without any luck.

If all else fails, you can do:

  SpectrumAnalyzerMorph new openInWorld

You might experiment with a RecordingControlsMorph to find
the right place to plug in the mic. Start recording, then
speak into the mic. The record level meter should show
some activity. if it doesn't, try changing things until you
get a response. You might also need to check your settings.
I'm not a regular Windows users, but I seem to recall a
"multimedia" settings panel. Sometimes there is a choice
of where to take sound input from: CD player, internal mic,
external mic, video, line input, etc.

Good luck! I think you'll find it interesting...
