Thanks.  This is just the "secret handshake" that I needed.  Works great in
2.3 final for Windows.

HALO  = Ctrl-Alt-left click
POPUP = Ctrl-right click

I recall that this (above) is what the mapping used to be until Andreas
Raab
changed the mapping for Win32 to make it easier to access (HALO=Alt-click,
POPUP=Ctrl-click).
