We're working on a BeOS port of Squeak and had to use the 32BitClean.st
fileIn from George Gollmann (written for 2.3 beta) because 2.2 didn't
work if malloc returned a memory address with the high bit set. 
However, in loading the 2.3 image into our virtual machine it crashes in
isObjectForwarded when passed a parameter with a value of 0.  Has
anybody ran into this, or does anyone have guesses as to where to look?
Is zero even a valid oop?
