Yes and no.
Squeak has a MIDI input parser that accepts the full MIDI protocol
including the "real time" commands. However, it doesn't have specific
support for time codes; you would have write that yourself. Let me
know if you do! You don't need Siren to read MIDI input, although
you *will* need it if you want to route MIDI data into Squeak from
some OMS-enabled MIDI application running on the same computer.
