Exceptions - error? - fixed

Craig and Paul,

Thanks for the replies.
        "Smalltalk forgetDoIts"
fixed the problem - the changeset that I filed in after the
exceptions package must have had some 'cruft'.
I should mention that all the exception tests on filing in ran
perfectly - that was never a problem...

My code is running correctly with standard
semaphores at present, but I prefer the
safety of valueEnsuring: [self signal] for
the critical block in Semaphore.

Peter

into (unmodified) Squeak 2.4b. It installs itself and runs all its tests
successfully.
