Whilst sorting out the sound plugin, it occurs to me that the
sqOldSoundPrims.c file is apparently totally redundant these days. I think
it provides some old versions of sound prims that are not used anymore and
I don't think we can even run images expecting them on current VMs.

Anybody likely to miss them terribly if I take them away?
