Re attachments to swiki pages.
This may be useful to others.

Uploading files named :
Publish-Subscribe.24Jun119pm.cs
Dependents.15Jun332am.cs

Caused 'file not found' problems in the links
Renaming to:
Publish.cs
Dependents.cs
fixed the problem.

I don't yet know if this relates to multiple dots, or just the length of the
names.
It may be helpful to put a 'managing attachments' link up at the swiki.
