You need only grab Andreas' windows source tree and compile the WinCE version.
Assuming of course that you have a suitable version of Developer Studliness
installed somewhere that can cross compile for the SA1100. I would hope that it
would be an option somewhere in the vast ocean of files that you get from M$.

Performance wise, it ought to be quite good, but not thrilling. For thrilling
you would want a 600MHz ARM1020 version. But you can't have one just yet... :-)
