This site describes Oasis, my own approach to this problem, and
its current status.  Over time I will be adding to the site content,
for now it is a bit sketchy.

If anyone has any questions or comments I'll gather them up and make
them part of the "resources" link.  Many others have contributed ideas
about modularity, and over time I intend to make those part of the
resources link as well.
