is ANSI a good thing?

Well, the question is, wouldn't it be nice to completely break free from
old rules, so the Squeak people can do really experimental things? That
could be aal things, from implementing ideas of Self to I don't know.

Remember that I don't think it explicitly WOULD be nice if we did. It is
just a loose thought of me. I am also not really a specialist in ANSI or
Smalltalk-80 standards.
