    I'm not sure how meaningful is this, but I still can tell you that I submitted a project to SourceForge with Squeak's license and it was approved.
    In some way, it means that the OpenSource establishment approved Squeak license as an OpenSource license.

    The facts are that Squeak's license is a little more free than GPL. Take a look at http://www.squeak.org/#license
