Aha! How to get rid of Blocks in Smalltalk.

As far as I'm concerned, blocks are one of the great things that are
*right* about Smalltalk.  Yes, you could avoid them by making up
methods with weird names and scattering important conceptual units
across multiple methods, at the same time opening up holes for outside
code to poke the object in ways it was never meant to be poked, but what
is the real gain from doing so?
