Well, I'm not sure what the best refactoring is.  But paragraph: is
certainly an odd command, in light of text:.  Also, TextMorph seems to
be the only class that uses this method.  It's certainly an important
class, but maybe TextMorph could do all its formatting internally,
instead of requiring the canvas to do it?
