Jeff,

check out the screenshots page on the Swiki. You can find my contribution
there, among others. Perhaps even the best thing would be to link to that
page directly, rather than duplicating this in the book.

Seriously, their claim can't reasonably be enforced, and if so then they
shouldn't start here.

And why is it that everyone but legal pros seem to think that laws are
absolute entities to be followed blindly? After all, they haven't been
carved into stone for the last few thousand years. (-- hey, I realize a few
of those actually deserve to be followed)

Just rotate the image in Morphic. Motion blur is a little harder.
