Assuming you've set username, password, popserver, and smtpserver..
I haven't. How do I do that? What should I set them to?
"man -k pop" and "man -k POP" reveal nothing to the point in the extensive
on-line manuals. I don't need any of that to use /bin/mailx or Sun's
MailTool.

There is a menu command "in the scrollbar" of the first list pane called
"fetch mail". Did this not work?
It would have, had I realised it was there.
Eureka! There _is_ a menu there. And middle-mouse in that pane
works too. Great. (It would have been nice to have a "Setup" button
on the top row, for new Celeste users. Much more helpful for _new_
Celeste users than "Move Again", whatever that means.)
"Fetch mail" asks for a POP password.
I don't have one. I don't even know what POP is. I just want to
read the mail that is already on my machine in /var/mail/ok.

Similarly, there is a menu command in the same menu called "send queued
mail".
Thanks a lot. This worked.
Hope this helps.
It did. I can send mail now, but I still can't read it.
