[ENH][FIX] 2.8 set mac file type when creating change file or source file

This fix/enhancement? sets the mac file type and creator 'FAST' 'STch' for
change files and source files that are created as a result of doing a
saveas, a condense changes, or externalizeSources.

With the pending new icons you can have a real mac look and feel for Squeak
in the Finder and keep that look when messing with the files.
