Squeak 2.8 available

Hi,
  Sorry, I was on vacation which is why this was more confusing than
it had to be. (come on, it's european vacation months :-)

  Later today (or tomorrow) I'll upload (and send a note around with 
full paths) the normal packages for any VMs that I can scare 
up.  

  Normal packages include

vm
changes
image
any plugins I can find
Readme.txt
sources
sometimes a platform specific readme

all packaged in a "natural" form for the specific system.  It's meant
to be a one shot deal for downloading.
