Nope.  I used the FAQ incarnation:

   EToySystem eToyVersion: 'Squeak2.8alpha' date: Date today EToySystem

and it didn't give me any of these 2.9alpha updates.  Should
the FAQ be updated?

And when I changed 2.8 to 2.9 there, I got it starting back at 2400!
Maybe I misunderstood what Dan's "2.8gamma" really is.  I thought
it was "everything updated to the current bleeding edge". Wrong?
