Squeak textbook was Re: Smalltalk and Big Ideas: Squeak tutorial

The edited volume (http://coweb.cc.gatech.edu/squeakbook) WILL be 
available Squeak readable.  The textbook, unfortunately, will not. 
The publisher was worried about students not buying the text if their 
was an electronic version.

However, PARTS of the textbook will be on-line (as they are in the 
Squeak Swiki now -- e.g., part of the Morphic section), and I expect 
that isomorphs of the textbook will appear in the SuperSwiki as it 
becomes available...
