[UNIX][BUG] -xshm and full-screen causes SIGSEGV crash

On the (latest and earlier) Unix VM, if I start an image with the -xshm option,
and then go to full screen, I get a SEGV exception. This exception seems to
be coming from X (that is, it calls _XError or some such function).

If I first drag the size of the Squeak window to larger than the desktop, and
then make it go full screen, it works OK.

I'm using XFree86 3.3.6, with Enlightenment 0.16.4 as a window manager.

I have a single desktop that's 3 virtual screens wide by 1 high.

Any ideas?
