I was able to get a couple through one of the auction sites for $249 on 
Tuesday. I just did a search on "Workpad Z50" to get the site, a part of 
Egghead:

It sounds like there are quite a few out there for sale; if you keep 
searching, you may luck out. There seemed to be a few locations that had them 
for sale in the $260-270 range.
