More on Mac File types

I think it might be better to not rely on luck. And even tho Apple
isn't requiring file types to be registered, I think it makes a
certain amount of sense to try to pick types not being used already.
From the Macintosh file Type/Creator Database TCDB 2000 Package demo
from <http://tcdb.tripod.com/>, FAST does not show up however the
demo is an older version from Dec. '97. It seems that both types and
creators starting with SQxx, Sqxx, sQxx, or sqxx are fairly
available, only a few being used. I think it would be a good idea to
find out if FAST is indeed registered for Squeak and pick unused
types from the TCDB 2000 database, and let those people know. They
seem to be the authority.
