[Q] Comparison of SmallTalk Dialects

Wha????? Base 60 counting??? Please tell me there is someplace on the net
explaining this. I've always gotten a kick out of Babylonian (???) use of
B60 in time, but I've never heard of it in any sort of mathematically usable
way. 

Off into SF land now - imagine AI with Base 60 logic...
