Starter suggestions for the Beginner with no prior experience

The Swiki has a "Learning To Squeak" page which links to several
tutorials.  I'm sure feedback on either the page itself or the on the
things it points to would be welcome.

In essence, there is some intro-to-Squeak material, but not a whole lot.
