Here is something I would like to take off the to-do list. I split
the sqXWindow.c file (current version from SF) into three C files
and a couple of new headers.

If you are doing any work with sqXWindow.c, I would appreciate if you
can take a quick look at this and let me know if it looks OK. If there
are no objections, I will update SourceForge in a day or two.

The files are:
  sqMain.c
  sqXWindow.c
  sqXWindow.h
  sqCopyImage.c
  sqCopyImage.h

p.s. Apologies to anyone who might be currently working on changes to
sqXWindow.c. Having done this once, I can now redo this work if needed,
although I would obviously like to avoid that if possible.
