Previous OOPSLA videos have been available through University Video
Communications <http://www.uvc.com/>.  It doesn't look like their web
page has been updated for a while.

Shortly after OOPSLA 99 I asked them when a video of Dan's talk would
be available.  I received an evasive answer to the effect that it
wasn't available yet.
