ANSI draft in PDF format?

Curiously downloading the pdf-version hasn't worked for me, it just
stopped a few percent before finishing (Netscape stalled) and finished
then with removing the downloaded file; any idea?

So I have uploaded a gzipped pdf-version now: Downloading, gunzip'ing
and acroread'ing has worked now.

Many megs have flown through the net for these checks...
