Micros~1 finally realizes that a server machine doesn't necessarily need a
graphical display:

It's time to put #ifdef HEADLESS macros into the Windows sources. Maybe in
the not-so-near future we can even have combined Unix/Win sources - it's
only a small step after you winatics switched to gcc ;-)
