Well I'm  reworking the projects to make them compatible with the suggested
CW way of handing plugins and multi-fragmented applications and validate the
atexit() stuff. Perhaps a thought is to distribute BOTH the CW11 project,
and a CW Pro5 version, then people using the latest development tools are
happy, and people using the older tools can migrate the CW11 project. Of
course having a readme to explain what is required from a CW library
viewpoint would be nice.
