Named Plugable Primitives comments

Hi!
I noticed that for plugable primitives, after calling getModuleName() and
setInterpreter(), the function initialiseModule() is called. I found it a
little bit irritating that it uses the English spelling (I think) while
everywhere else in Squeak, "initialize" (Z instead of S) is used. Even in
InterpreterSupportCode squeakNamedPrimsFile
the method that calls initialiseModule() is called
#callInitializersIn:. It took me quite a while to find that bug and I'd
suggest to change the name.
