OOP (Squeak) + Visual Programming (Fabrik & Morphic) + Data Flow (Lucid) = a new paradigm "Object Flow"?

Is this the kind of direction that Philip Cox, Adele Goldberg and Margarett Burnett took with things like Prograph and Forms/3?
