Does anyone have a copy of the ANSI draft in PDF format?  My copy is on
the other end of the continent on a computer that's turned off :(

Someone should post the PDF somewhere, and I'll try and find a place for
it if I can.  The so-called RTF version seems to only be usable from
Microsoft Word, because the file has undocumented extensions in it.
