Linux VM 2.8 howto?

Also, as I mentioned in an earlier post, starting PWS crashes Squeak using this VM. There were some later Squeak fixes that were not in the interp.c used by this code.

So I took the latest Squeak2.8 image, generated source files, then took Ian's code and Tim's code, sliced, diced, cursed, and celebrated when I had a VM that would not crash when PWS started. It had some other problems and I don't feel too confident with the slicing and dicing I did, so I don't have a new HOW-TO document yet.
