Yes, this dialog should be improved.  Sometimes, the list is much too 
short, then it's too long.  Then, I often do it this way:  I select 
"--all--" and start adding methods.  These methods get categorized as "as 
yet..".  Then I choose rename... to given them a useful name and then 
continue adding to "all".  This omits that long "new category.." menu which 
always shows only categories I don't want and so I need three clicks to 
eventually add something.  To sumarize, when renaming, it would be nice if 
there's a kind of drop-down-combox box which always shows the most typical 
names like "accessing", "testing", etc.
