A note about marketing. I just sat up a website for a small local organization
and
wanted a domain name for it, and after a little hunting I found
 http://www.nic.st/  selling domain names for 35 US$, 60 US$ included the
possibility to forward and stuff.
They want the .st (Sao Tome) to be a abbreviation for site but why not adopt
it for smalltalk?
