It looks like the problem is that you're sending from

	ironsignbob at mediaone.net

but your subscription is under the id

	ironsignbob at we.mediaone.net

I suspect the mail server uses the 'From' address as the address to
unsubscribe.  If you've got a mailer program which allows you to use
different 'From' addresses (such as MS Outlook Express 5.0) you might try
putting in 'ironsignbob at we.mediaone.net' and sending your unsubscribe again.
