This rule is obscure enough that it should probably be considered a bug
that the Help text doesn't at least mention it.  I haven't seen a computer
card game that's done this before, although I haven't played a lot of
computer card games.  The first time I saw it, I thought it was a bug,
too.

(I know, I know... I should submit the fix myself if I'm going to
complain.  Maybe I will in a few days if no one else does.)
