Bruce O'Neel already does this for each batch of updates -- look in
ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/pub/Smalltalk/Squeak/2.7/files/ for the current zip
- now Squeak2.8a-2210.zip - it contains the .image and .changes files
for updates thru #2210 (it's put in a slightly obscure place on the
server because it's still a test pilot version, after all).
