Removing a method is definitely an enhancement :-)

However, it's difficult to say whether this method is really 
unused.  SystemWindow is part of a framework and without knowing all 
applications, you can't really tell anything.  Therefore, I'll not makeup 
an update to remove that method but leave it to the SqC to decide.
