Hi  everyone,

Here is my third version of my MacOS X-ish modal dialogs.  Changes are:

+ images are included in the change set (thanks Bert)
+ the part of the dialog with the text etc has a opaque background to
make it easier to read

Once again, all comments, feedback requested!
